Hi, I'm Amelia! I'm happy you're here.

I’m an artist and art psychotherapist living and working online from unceded Sinixt Territory (Slocan Valley of British Columbia). Making art is how I take care of myself. I love the way art opens space to explore feelings through colour, poetry, movement, and metaphor. As a chronically-online human with ADHD, big feelings, and more questions than answers, making things helps me feel safe, alive, and connected. Art has also been my own pathway to post-traumatic growth. I'm excited to connect and share creative space with you!

Please note: My practice is currently full. Maintaining a smaller case load of individual clients helps me show up fully and resist hustle culture. If you are looking for support sooner, you can join one of my therapeutic groups or workshops. I announce new offerings frequently in my newsletter.
